Peace Must Be In The Middle

NaBloPoMo November

Daily Prompt: Conflicted

You’re in the middle of a terrible argument, and everyone turns to you to help resolve it. How do you respond? How do you react to conflict?

If I was in the middle of a terrible argument, I am going to take a deep breath and seek to assess what has caused the argument take place. If people are looking at me for resolution then I have to be open to listen, and hear from all parties in the argument. First I have to offer up one word…

Once Peace entered the building, then we can only hope for a positive resolution. I will have to ask each person to give their version of why the argument took place. In trying to resolve conflict it is always important to utilize your communication skills-listening. Once I have heard both sides I will offer up a resolution that gets down to the bottom of the issue and hope that it will help bring peace.

All I am saying is give peace a chance… Let’s work to move past the words and closer a resolution.

Happy Day 2 NaBloPoMo

Perks of Mo;

A period tells you that is that. With a semicolon you get a pleasant little feeling of expectancy ; there is more to come; read on; it will get clearer.
