  1. Loved seeing this post Yolanda. Personal mission statements can be very helpful. I actually spent some time thinking about this yesterday, and even jotted down a “rough draft” personal mission statement last night. As I get older, I am beginning to find more and more how important it is to have some kind of goal hierarchy that can serve as a decision-making matrix. And if a potential decision isn’t going to move me further towards a goal … don’t make it! Having a personal mission statement can be a great way to create such a guide.

Good luck coming up with yours!

    • Thanks for your comments. I do believe in the importance of having a mission mindset, it keeps you on course for greatness. When you know where you are going, you can stay on course for making your goal. All the best with your goal-setting.
